"The room was boiling with no aircon and tiny windows, miles away from reception and had a sky light on the ceiling above the bed with no curtain / blind. It must have been 30c and light at 5am."

"Tried contacting these for over a week, both me and hotels.com and no responses from them at all to answer any of my concerns. I recommend before booking here that people list reviews by date before booking as its scary reading, especially for anyone with asthma or god forbid children with it! "

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "

"Very friendly welcome and check in. Positive first impression of reception area. Room was generally in good condition, clean and well-presented. Everything worked, plenty of hot water in powerful shower. Food quality very good for the price, varied menu options each day for dinner. The bed suited my preference just right, as did the pillows. Sheets and linen were clean and fresh. Only slight criticism would be that behind the beds needed hoovering, it was a little dusty (something I only noticed because I dropped something) and the bathroom window needed cleaning. Overall however, I very much enjoyed the stay. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly but also smartly presented and professional. Would happily stay again. "
