"The staff are lovely, rooms could do with some TLC (paint, curtains, walls and bed surrounds could do with a wash) and are on the small side but do provide what you need (bed, hot shower, kettle, coffee, tea, TV, hairdryer...). Great location very close to Paddington station. "

It has every amenity and a top-notch breakfast (get the full grid!), and it’s family owned and operated, so there’s very much a personal touch. Conveniently located near Victoria, but also in a quiet little part of Pimlico. Highly recommended!"

"For the price paid and the location this was perfect. Walls are thin though, so I recommend taking ear plugs, so that you don’t have to listen to people talking until 3am. Reception very friendly. My room was on the top floor - which was hard work, but doable. "

"Really good location for north London, especially close to reach Camden. Simple and comfortable accomodation. The host was welcoming and polite. The only minor issue encountered was the shower pressure in the morning was too low to take a shower but on the evening it was fine. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on this but there were a couple of great breakfast eateries just around the corner."
