"My first stay at the Victoria and it was excellent. Room was small, but very clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal on the Friday which was very nicely cook and delicious. The cooked breakfast was outstanding and a very large portion as well. We are going back to stay in two weeks for another Rugby game and can’t wait to visit again. Keep up the...

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"Nice place, nice staff, room was nice with breakfast cereals and milk, water and squash. My only issue was the radiator didn’t come on and it was quite cold in the room and a generator or something similar kept kicking in on a regular basis the whole time, right outside and it was loud. But I would stay there again."

"Great Indian dinner in the pub and really nice and friendly staff. Small but comfortable room with a nice en suite. I think complimentary bottled water in the room would be a nice touch and something we missed. Other than that the rest was as expected. "

"My only negative comment is to make sure what you you book. I booked a deluxe king room and was given the suite which was actually a loft. My boyfriend is 6’3 so he was hitting his head on the ceiling often. Unfortunately the inn was not able to accommodate us to another room. I don’t blame the hotel I think it was Expedia fault. But if you have any physical disabilities this room would not work for you. "
