"Beautiful property on the inside. The owner/manager was very responsive to any request or inquiries we may have had. The only criticism I would provide is that it would get significantly cold at night even though the thermostat was set to 72. It was a nest thermostat and each morning we would wake the setting would be on 64 with no one in the housing touching the thermostat overnight. However beyond this issue I would definitely stay here again."

"The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location.
