I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. "

Hotels.com confirmed my reservation was paid for and reserved, but it was canceled within an hour of check in time and we were left scrambling to find a place to stay with two children. Absolute nightmare. Unable to actually reach anyone at the phone number. Fairly certain it was a scam from the beginning. Still awaiting a refund."
