"A great place to stopover on our way to the Alps. Clean rooms, Clean public areas and the Trattoria served good food at a very reasonable price. We will be booking again for next year."

"Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination. "

"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. My boyfriend is over 6ft so was harder for him. Also food we ordered was small portion sizes, not much to the meals so wouldn’t recommend paying fot if it’s your only meal. It tasted nice tho."

"Nice place, beautiful buildings! Good restaurant, great food and wine, and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, our room was very small and the bed was not comfortable… so not full marks!"

"We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at 9:30pm on a Friday night! There is also no supply of towels for use in the pool and spa facilities - you just use the bathrobe. I used the spa pool and saunas - they’re a bit old but still function well; the changing rooms are a little tired, so I can see why nobody else used them - I showered in there after my saunas. My wife didn’t like the level of cleanliness, and also felt that the bedlinen was a cotton mix rather than a decent cotton. Good location, but tired. Parking was secure and at no extra charge, so that was a plus point. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. "
