"Service is good like always. Lauren is super! Explain things properly and helped us with delivery etc... We did not use the restaurant at this trip due to the global health threats otherwise we always loved the restaurant there. "

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"Everything as expected, just to remember they will ask you to clean the rooms including bath rooms and toilet otherwise they will charge you. I don’t know if this place has additional cleaning done before you get the next guest checkin. "

"Maison pleine de charme. Emplacement idéal dans Saint Nectaire. Beaucoup de choses à faire et voir avec enfants dans les environs proches. Jardin adorable. La piscine est un vrai plus (plutôt a 24-25 degres que 27 pour nous malgré le temps magnifique). Attention à changer la protection de l’an piscine : la barrière est toute cassée et un enfant peut facilement passer. Intérieur de la maison mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. "We really enjoyed the unique shows that are put on every evening: dancing, singing, saxophone, aerialist. The Jannsen Bar area is always hopping and serves lovely cocktails. There are tables to hang out and play games in the evening after dinner, making it family friendly too. Room area was quiet at night. Neat to have the Savoy poma right there to take you to the Brevent Televabine. We will recommend it to friends. "
