"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return."

"Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

"You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. The apartment is small but clean and well equipped. When there was a problem I informed the owner who replied very quickly. Only downside is the lack of WiF.
