"Loved the place, accommodation was great, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very comfortable and stunning views t the mountains. Also very well located for shuttles to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants. Bar, restaurant and social area on the ground floor were very convenient and great vibes. Staff was amazing!!"

"Perhaps we did not read the information properly but there was no towels , or hand wash at all , unfortunately toilet did not smell very nice and one of the ceiling tiles was missing , dont think the air con worked despite the loud noise due to no ceiling tile, very budget but we would not stay again as it did not give us very good impression. "Worst hostel I ever stayed, urine smell in rooms. Apparently toilet water comes out through sink and shower drain and the whole room smells like urine. The smell was unbearable when I walked in to dorm. My AirPods got stolen, absolutely no privacy in rooms. Beds are open with no curtains . Shower area is gross and you have to hold a button for water, no shower head either, just a tube. "

"Everything here is an attempt to cut costs and make more money. Bed not made (fine), no Aircon despite crazy heat, towels for rent (3.5 euro), lose your keycard (5 euro to replace a bit of plastic), showers on very short timers, toiletries not refilled, bathrooms dirty with mould on ceilings, ants in rooms. Want to leave your bag for a few hours before leaving? Pay per hour for lockers. Awful awful attitude for a hostel."
