"The in room coffee was terrible! (lol) We used the shuttle daily, it it would be good to have a shuttle that traveled further west and to the grocery store. The staff was lovely and helpful! "Beautiful property on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We celebrated my wifes birthday over 4 nights and 5 days. Aside from the nonstop powewashing at the pool the first two days (so loud the pool was unusable) and the construction noise on days 3 and 4 (they were renovating the penthouse in the building we were located in) our stay was excellent. "The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound."
