"It was a very nice house and tons of space . We loved that there was a marina right behind the property and walk to the beach was 7 min walk . We especially loved e great care and attention the crew gave to my family ! They were lovely to communicate with! Will come again. "

"Property is as advertised. Pretty basic but has the essentials. It’s all about the beaches and you are a 3 minute walk to the water. The folding beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were great. We had trouble with the umbrellas and could never get them to stay in the sand. The pools are small but well maintained and good for a cooling plunge. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We rented one of the 2 Tree House cars offered and that was a good deal and made the trip so...

"We loved our week stay at Sandpiper Villa. The condo was beautiful and clean. Snorkeling directly from the beach gave us the opportunity to see turtles and an amazing variety of fish. Only downside was that the pool is mostly shaded during the day. We would love to return soon"

"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. We really valued the villa- it was centrally located and the SUV allowed us to explore all of the different beaches that Turks has to offer. Loved having water access, kayaks, SUP boards, chairs, umbrella, floats and snorkeling gear. *kayaks don’t have seats and there’s only 3 single kayaks so we were bummed we couldn’t all go together like described. Overall, plenty of cooking ware and everything we needed during our week visit. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home. "

"Just came back from Turks (January). Beautiful house and location. Easy check in. Big house with everything you need. Some days were windy some not, pool is not heated, so on a windy day pool was too cold, ocean was a little bit warmer. We found an yoga mat and 8lb weights, so that was a perfect start of the day for my wife. Also we found fishing poles and lures in a garage and were able to catch several longtooth groupers off the dock!!! That was exciting !!! At night, you could see huge crabs...
