"The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but...

"Holiday trip. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was great and the restaurant offers a nice menu in a winter garden ( atrium). The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The only blemish is that the hotel is dated with old carpets and furnishings."
