"The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but...

My room had a stunning view of the Notre-Dame Basilica, which was lovely through the large windows that opened, there was a gate across rather than a true balcony. One of the highlights of my stay was the HUG Café attached to the hotel. I pre-purchased my breakfast, which was affordable and gluten-free.
