"my ONLY complaint is that despite the housekeeping card indicating that towels are only replaced if left in the bathtub, we got clean ones daily. As we are trying to lighten our footprints, we wish the staff had remembered there was no need for constant replacement. "The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but...
