It was very close to the train station so its very convenient for taking day trips to other towns in the French Riviera. The hotel room was small but clean and well furnished. The staff was very nice. The hotel is a walkable distance from the city center

Well situated close to the train station and tram stop. Lots of restaurants , cafes and shops around. Rather small room but ok furnished. Bathroom very tiny, not much space to move. Bad internet connection. Service was basic, nothing exceptional, nothing bad.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Basic room but was perfect as a base for us to explore Nice and Monaco. The room had a safe and staff also allowed us to store luggage in a locked room after we checked out before our late flight home which was a god send. The hotel is really central location. It's about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop.

This hotel is good for single occupancy. Rooms are very small. Inadequate space to keep clothes and other items. The WC flush takes a long time to refill and the flow of hot water is very slow. The location of the property is very good. 5 mins walk from the station and has a very comfortable bed and very clean room.

Great locatoin but very small room
The location is near nice ville station. Thanks to housekeeping staff, the room is very clean. The staff are friendly. I am also happy that microwave is available that I can reheat the food bought from market even in a hotel. However, my experience was average only. The room is very small, especially the shower room. It was very diffcult for me (a small Asian girl) to take a shower. I felt upset everytime when I took the shower in such a small shower room.

Very nicely located hotel within the train station and many restaurants options. Easy walking distance to les promenade des anglais. My only complaints is the internet connection is horrible and literally nonexistent. If they would upgrade the internet, I would have given them a 5 stars!

This was a nice hotel for the price. The bathroom and shower were very tiny but did the job. We had a small problem of ants in the bathroom and mentioned it to the door staff. They said they would send up someone to check but no one ever did. They did compensate us for the inconvenience with a free breakfast which was very tasty and much appreciated

We spent 4 nights at this nice hotel (September 11 - September 15) and had a very pleasant stay. The room / bathroom was clean and tidy; housekeeping was good and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They all speak English. The area was very convenient- just a brisk 1 minute walk from the Avenue Massena, and a 10 minute walk from Place Massena. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and very peaceful and quiet at night. We're happy to recommend this property.
