"Perfect place."

"This hotel is within easy walking distance of Nice old town, beach and other main places of interest. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops. Staff at the hotel are excellent, happy to answer questions and advise. The only negative is that the hotel is a bit dated and needs attention e.g. the decor is dated and our twin room only had two working plug sockets and they were not in a convenient place."

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Very tiny room and my door lock broke so every time i want to get inside my room i need to get a staff to help me! Very inconvenient. "

"Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food."
