"my ONLY complaint is that despite the housekeeping card indicating that towels are only replaced if left in the bathtub, we got clean ones daily. As we are trying to lighten our footprints, we wish the staff had remembered there was no need for constant replacement. The location was excellent, the staff could not have been more accommodating, and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this property"

"Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food."

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous bedroom, great shower and toiletries and amazing breakfast. Staff both on reception and breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an ideal spot, a short walk to the tram station, seafront and restaurants."
