"This hotel is just brilliant. Great location for what we needed. 10 mins max walk to main station. 10 mins from trams. 15-20 mins to sea front. The room was excellent, clean with an amazing balcony with sunbeds! Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice. The only fault, if i had one, was the shower was not very powerful and difficult to get temp right but overall this is a highly recommended hotel just away from the main areas but easy to get around on foot. Would 100% stay here...

"For an overnight in between cities, this location just a block from the train station is ideal. The front desk agent was generously accommodating when we arrived 2 hours early just hoping to drop our bags until 3PM. Instead, he gave us a room immediately on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city all the way to the sea. The furniture is small and sparse, but fine with us for a short stay. "The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities.
