"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to. "

"The house is located perfect to go different directions for attractions. Tampa Hard Rock Casino, Aquarium, and Bush Gardens. Then to Clearwater Beach and Brooksville/Spring Hill areas. If there is anything you need in a pinch, there is plenty of shopping nearby. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen like the comforts of home. "We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The apartment was clean and well decorated. The coffee and snacks were a definite plus. Close to Tarpon Springs and the beach. The owners were very friendly. Only downside was the step up into the bathroom which I didn’t see and the wrong code was posted on the check in instructions. The correct ne was posted on a message. Would definitely stay again"

"Very clean, convenient to most everything. Only wish that the property mentioned that it was still under ongoing construction and access to the site was a slight inconvenient . Would recommend that the bathroom door be fixed so that it closed properly "

"A couple of friends and I decided to take a last-minute weekend trip to Florida. After reviewing a few different homes in the Holiday area, we decided on this one. It was a very easy process all the way around. The host (owner) met us at the property and showed us around a bit, showing us how to use the TVs, pool, etc. Would definitely stay here again."
