We also really loved that there were kayaks there to use and we didn’t have bring our own. The house is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This house was amazing for my family. We got to enjoy kayaking, manatees, and even a dolphin came and jumped right in front of the deck for us! The house was super clean and comfortable. The host was amazing as well she has excellent communication and wonderful recommendations for the area. I cannot wait to go back and visit it again. "

"Very comfortable and spacious for larger groups or families. The view and location are excellent. We enjoyed kayaking to the spring which is right around the corner and enjoying local restaurants by boat. Justin was very helpful and easy to contact and the house was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again. "

"We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. "Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. "

"Decent stay with lots of space! We rented this house for a scalloping weekend with family and we all had a great time. The ping pong table was our absolute favorite part of this rental and we had so many laughs in the entertainment room. The kitchen could use some better pans and restocking (there was no coffee, kitchen sponges, or extra trash bags) but overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a short trip."
