"The staff were so friendly & accommodating for any and every request. The hotel itself has absolutely everything you need - pool, buffet breakfast, transport to Hoi Ab town, spa, etc. The place was clean & cannot wait to come back and stay! Would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely property, very polite, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant was fantastic and opened long hours, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety and the rooftop bar was great. We stayed for three nights but wished we stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and it was only a short walk into the old town. "I loved this hotel. The weather was not on our side but the staff and hotel was still beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the locatikn was perfect between the beach and the town jtself. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was too cold and wet for us to use. I would highly reccomend the hotel but the beach was a bit disappointing including the area where the hotel sent us. This might have been caused by a storm though!"

The staff is very professional and friendly, they were very welcoming and greeted us every day at the desk and breakfast. Bobby went above and beyond at the front desk, and was very professional and caring. Anh helped us out at breakfast and the food was excellent selection and taste. "

"Such a beautiful hotel! The service was great, the breakfast was good, the room was stunning. We really enjoyed staying here, and we would definitely stay here again! It doesn't look big from the front, but it's big! It was sort of rainy season so we didn't swim, but they have 3 pools so plenty of space to swim."
