"One detracting factor was that there was not an elevator and I was on the second floor. I am a disabled veteran so this was obviously a challenge. The staff did look to see if there was a ground floor room available for my four nights, but there was not. I made it work but I didn’t see that mentioned on the website."

"I never knew there was a hotel with actual bedrooms with doors. Hawthorne extended stay is around the same price as other hotels but the room is huge. We rented the two bedroom loft and loved it! It has a full bedroom with full bathroom downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with a bathroom/shower stall and upstairs has a HUGE vanity mirror and sink area. It’s absolutely perfect! "Free coffee and tea in the lobby would be nice"

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the...
