"Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The toilet was dirty and the sink area was also not the cleanest. The nightstand also had food or something on it. But the linens were clean and the carpet as well. The front desk clerk at check in was really e and cery informative "

"My husband was at Wesley Hospital for 6-7 days, I needed safe, 5 star hotel for restaurant, room service, & convenience to hospital. Ambassador did not disappoint. This staff both customer service & restaurant for both breakfasts & dinners were exemplary. I would recommend staying if you have high expectations along with food things as my love languages of life. Not to mention the delicious vanilla lattes every morning. "

"The hotel was very nice. The check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. Being that the hotel is very large, he was thorough in explaining parking and where things were (pool, breakfast, fitness center, etc...) The room was a great size and very clean. Beds were comfy and pillows fluffy, not flat by any means. Breakfast was great and the food was fresh and hot. My only issue would be the bathroom. The water pressure is terrible and as a female with longer hair it took way too long...
