Was safe, clean staff was very polite! Had a room w double beds - pluse a pull out couch. But only had 3 bath towels and 2 was clothes. There was plenty of room for them to have queen bed and beds were very soft 2 people in a bed rolled to the center .

We’ve stayed here a few times when we visit the Heart Hospital. We’ve always enjoyed our stays but, this time, our arm on the couch was broken and the mattress was horrible. The Two of us kept rolling into the center. Rome 127, please make repairs and change the mattress!!!

Overall this a great nice place to stay. You can stay long term or short term. They have a pretty big kitchen area. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Lots of parking. My only complaint would be is that you can hear pretty much anything out of your door. If someone’s in the hall, there is no sound proofing. I recommend bringing a fan. This made where the noise was almost nonexistent!

Very nice and welcoming desk clerk. Room felt a little worn out and there were long hairs in my bed when I pulled back the covers - hopefully just the cleaning staff. I think it was appropriately priced, but I don't think it lived up to its review score. I don't plan to go back.

Great hotel it would have been nice to know it was card only when i booked it. I would have rated it higher but the Elivator was out of order and my room was on the 2nd floor and the reason i was there i was having spine Surgery the next day
