"There were several people around the front desk when we arrived. Apparently, they were employees and they seemed confused as to who should wait on me. So I waited. The key would not unlock the outside door closest to our room. The place is almost impossible to get to without GPS."

The rooms are outdated, and still have a smoke smell even though it's been smoke free for several years. Most rooms I have been in have stained carpet. Everything in the room is functional though. I always leave before breakfast, but can get a "sacked breakfast" if I ask for it when I check in. Nothing special, but better than nothing when you don't have time to stop...
