"The hotel was very nice. The check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. Being that the hotel is very large, he was thorough in explaining parking and where things were (pool, breakfast, fitness center, etc...) The room was a great size and very clean. Beds were comfy and pillows fluffy, not flat by any means. Breakfast was great and the food was fresh and hot. My only issue would be the bathroom. The water pressure is terrible and as a female with longer hair it took way too long...

"Paid for the room which was 2 queen beds on Expedia when we arrived they informed me they gave me my room away. How do you give the room away when I had already paid for it. So we had a king bed instead. Not happy why pay for what you want and they just give it away. Room was clean, bathroom clean, breakfast was ok. They were out of some food. Looked like they weren’t prepared for more people "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The lounge and the jazz music were relaxing at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable. "
