I told the person at the front desk that I didn't want to be right by the lobby as I knew we would hear everything, not to mention that the food smells from the breakfast would fill our room. He insisted it wouldn't be a problem but it was the problem that I knew it would be. The staff wasn't always quiet late-night and the morning staff...
