Windows in rooms are small, but it doesn't detract from the neat feeling of staying in a restored train station. We made use of the free daily coffee from Pig and Train (you also get a discount on their other products--try the cherry brioche--it is soooo good!), and the Lyft service within 2 miles of the hotel. "Everything about the property was great except we went for a walk down Broadway and it was a little sketch. Had to deal with several homeless people that were screaming obscenities to the world. "

"We had a great time at the Silk Pincushion. It was an easy walk and easy drive to hike to the mesa or get to dinner downtown. What stood out is the breakfast and the company. They hosted and treated us to a great breakfast and the people were so friendly and easy and enjoyable to get to know. We were interested in Golden's history and the home and they were fun and impressive historians :)"
