"We stayed for New Years as we gave in the past. It was a nice stay but the kitchen was understaffed (odd for an extremely busy holiday) and the restaurant has been so downsized we had to wait for over an hour for a table and another 45 for food. The staff was amazing throughout the time we waited and our group remained calm and tried to be encouraging to the staff, who were being run ragged. Our disappointment was with management not planning for a holiday, we’ve never had this issue staying...

"Art lovers dream! Great location, right next to the Denver Museum Art and the hotel itself was full of art in many different mediums. Excellent service from every staff member, especially Ernie at check-in!"
