"We had trouble controlling the temperature in our room. When we told a staff member that we couldn't raise the temp above 65, he went to our room and changed it to 69 degrees. Then we couldn't lower it at night."

"Hotel is very close to Winter Park, but because of the shuttle route it still took a while to get to the resort. And you can’t walk. The hot tub was disappointing, luke warm not hot. Probably would not stay here agai ."
