"What a great place to stay. A nice 2 bdrm condo/apartment just across from Lover’s Point. The Living room space is unmatched to any we’ve stayed before. The view is breathtaking. Accommodations were very nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We definitely will be back. Correspondence with Kyle was always fast and easy with any questions. Thank you. "

"We really enjoyed the space. Loved the gas fireplace, big kitchen and private back yard area. The bedroom with the double bed was a bit dark, not much lighting, but comfy bed and plenty of space. Perfect spot half a block from the ocean, walk to coffee shops and pier. We would definitely stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving.
