"The diner on the property was very good for breakfast. Unfortunately, it closed at 5 so we didn't get to eat supper there. It is an older hotel but has been kept up with. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a big room with a balcony. They accommodated a late checkout for us."

They were not as updated or well ventilated as the main house. It was a hot weekend and a lot of sleeping spaces were uncomfortable because of the heat and lack of airflow. "This was a perfect little hotel room 2 blocks from the beach. We stayed to attend a wedding and it was great to have a centrally located room to come back and sleep and get ready. We walked to coffee shops for breakfast and enjoyed the park and beach across the street."
