"Beautiful spotless clean home with fully stocked kitchen, high-end appliances, cookware comfortable beds, premium linens and towels. Adjustable lightning throughout was a nice touch. Everything was as advertised making it a perfect stay. Great location about a 2 or 3 minute drive to the beach and just 5 minutes to Cambria with lots of wildlife. "Super responsive hosts. Easiest check in ever. Well appointed. The land surrounding the property is beautiful. Our pup loved seeing the sheep, goats and chickens. Easy to locate. Would stay again, no problem. "

"Great stay very close to downtown SLO. Garage and parking were very convenient. The living room area is super comfortable and great for socializing, also had a fireplace! Comfy beds and a steam shower in master bedroom. Would love to book this location again!"

"First off the hosts are amazing. Respond so quickly to everything and made the process as simple as can be. Location is perfect for wine tasting and for going to dinner in downtown Paso. The house was so comfortable and furnished like the hosts live there full time. Most comfortable beds ever! Already planning next trip back to this house!"

"This is the perfect location and venue for our bi-annual trips to Paso Robles. We like to prepare our own meals, and the kitchen is perfect for that purpose. Two couples, two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, two full bathrooms, and a gorgeous view. I hesitate to leave such a great review because I don't want to have a hard time finding dates to stay here, and I don't want them to increase their rental fees! "

"We loved staying at The Nut House! It was the perfect size for a group of 6. We just wish we’d had more to spend just enjoying the house and the property. We will need to stay longer next time!"

"Can’t beat the location, love that area. Large home, lots of space. We traveled with families that had small kids and bigger ones, it was great for all of us. Host was slow in responding sometimes, and then super responsive other times. Didn’t always understand our needs, but overall, we were happy and would stay again. "

"Pros: 4 big bedrooms and a good location Cons: Just about everything else Other than finding someone's prescription medication under the bed, it was clean. We've stayed here in the past, and it just gets sadder and sadder. The managing company, who we once used to manage our own rental, puts zero effort into maintaining things beyond the necessary basics. Linens are old and pilled, toilet paper is cheap and scratchy. The kitchen is not well-equipped: for example, there are only 4 dinner forks...
