"Great place for a couple stay. Close to Gilbert and Chandler restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the rest of Phoenix. Great communications and quick answers to any questions and recommendations for activities and food. Little cool for the pool in March but that will give us a reason to come back. Enjoyed the stay!!!"

"Property was great until I ran into the husband to inquire about the hot tub and pool option. I was given the information that neither would be available due to needing to be cleaned and filters changed that had not yet arrived. This is one of the things that interested my little family and I and should be posted if it is currently unavailable. What made my eyes wide open was the surprise " 100.00/day" charge to heat the pool. The place was nice but NOT worth over 200/day stay w/ all the...

"Had the run of this property to ourselves. Perfect for coffee and breakfast on the patio. Centrally located; Canyon Lake, Tortilla Flat, and the Superstition Mtns all close by. Central to Apache Junction: all stores, restaurants, event locales easily within 2 miles. Dozens of birds on the property; even cottontail rabbits. Very relaxing, quiet. We would readily stay here again. ( You need to be content with the small size of the unit. We were!)"

"This was a great location. It seems perfect for outdoor gatherings, however not allowed. Also, the wifi is a shared network with all the properties and during my stay it was not working. Inconvenient to say the least. "

"We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us."
