"Property was great until I ran into the husband to inquire about the hot tub and pool option. I was given the information that neither would be available due to needing to be cleaned and filters changed that had not yet arrived. This is one of the things that interested my little family and I and should be posted if it is currently unavailable. "This casita and location were perfect for a few days away from home. Its a charming space and Mark and J'Anne are lovely hosts."

"Small room for our needs, suited us perfectly. Some issues as most lights did not work, including the ceiling fan, but is an easy fix. We did not communicate this to the owner, as the room is located 8 minutes from in-laws, so we weren't at the room other than sleep. It is located in a gated community, safe and very quiet.After many, many trips to see Gilbert, AZ family, this spot will be at the top of our list going forward with no concerns booking again."

"This Casita is very nice with lots of fun decor. The space was clean an inviting. The owner did anything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great ans we had quite nights to get a good nights rest. "

"The casita is lovely with beautiful decor, comfortable bedding, and a remarkably well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with a large park very close by.Our host Ron was super helpful and prompt when needed. We enjoyed the attractive spa and pool in the very private back yard. It was a perfect place to stay. We recommend it highly. "

"The first thing I noticed was how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was and when i walked in how clean and fresh it was. You can tell they take pride if providing a really nice experience for their visitors. It has all the amenities and the bed is really comfy! Truly is a must see. If I'm ever in the area again I will be returning if available. Bravo Christine!"

"Marsha was awesome. She is very friendly, helpful & communicates very well. We loved the little guest house. It is very quiet and peaceful there. It is fully furnished. It was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed our stay there immensely!"
