"The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. "Staying at this property was great! Clean, spacious, and cozy. Garry was a great host - very timely responses, willing to address any questions/issues I had, and was just great overall! The location was convenient - walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The view of the sunset on the balcony was always perfect. I stayed for a whole month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!"

"The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice! "

"It was a multi- generational trip to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and all of our first time to Puerto Rico. "This property has everything you need great with accommodation upto 3. Everything was extremely clean and updated. I would definitely recommend it. The only negative is the pizza city is right across the street and you can hear everything. Otherwise it is a great location. Dee was very responsive to any of our needs. "

"Want to start by saying excellent location. More communication needed by host. I had to initiate contact to get information about checking in parking but host did respond. I arrived late due to flight and was not aware of a gate on door that seemed to have a key lock. I had a code so that was not expected. Could of communicated clearly about that especially when guests are arriving to new premises. Apartment clean and secure , could use a modern update. Especially some of the ceiling fans do not...
