Owner of the property called me and said that that this was a dormitory not a room so I started the refund process because he said he canceled the reservation. I still have not gotten my refund from Expedia. They’re clearly stated on the website that it was a two person two single beds room not a six person dormitory they leave out dormitory I still have not received my refund

(Honest review!!!!) so I tried to do the shared room option but then when I get there somebody was sleeping in my bed and refused to move and when they finally did the bed was dirty so I contact the company to let them know the situation and I will no longer stay there and I would like a refund and they literally did not care & I bet if that was them they would do the exact same thing . they are unfair and greedy & do not book a shared room with this hotel . trust me you are going to regret It !!!!!!

Hostel rooming with others, all visiting travelers have been nice, good conversations. Some are very quiet and keep to their selves. Heated lounge pool one side, normal pool other side. Close to anything Scottsdale.

La atencion del personal es unica son super humanos y atentos, sin embargo la privacidad es nefasta, no me dieron para abrigarme al dormir no hay lavamanos, y es de mal gusto dormir con gente extraña en un mismo cuarto en fin el hotel es fatal no lo recomiendo y menos en pareja.
