The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was charming and featured a spacious private deck. However, we were disappointed to find that the deck offered virtually no view, which was unexpected and did detract somewhat from the experience. That said, the overall quality, service, and comfort more than made up for it, and we feel the hotel still fully deserves a five-star rating from us."

"This is a high end hotel and the staff was wonderful, I think they can improved their breakfast, if you place an order it will take some time for the plate to arrive and probably has to do when many guest are sitting at once. For additional dinning options you might have to take a taxi. "
