"This was my second stay. There was a small glitch this time, about construction. I have to say it was handled very professionally; the problem was explained to me (it wasn't the fault of the hotel) and the matter was resolved. "I found the service to be inconsistant. For e.g., one person at registration was brash and unhelpful while another person later was very helpful. I requested a tea kettle three times but it never came. One day when I returned to my room at 2:30 it was not made-up so needed to request service, while other days it was made up promptly. Also, on different days I was left a different array of towels. But all in all, I had a very nice stay there. "
