This hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Could have been closer to more amenities and I wasn't aware we had to pay extra to use the gym, sauna, and pool. Very quiet stay, staff is friendly.

The building outside look fresh faire enough but our room carpet is quite dirty looking though it’s clean daily. The breakfast need to b look at. I ask for an omelet to be made and I was told I need to pay more money but trouble is they or the chef I suppose can’t make it. Was quite amaze to this. And the b fast is the same everyday.

Nice hotel close to the beach
We reserved a suite room that included a balcony (one of my criteria). The room had a nice balcony however, there was no patio furniture. When I enquired at the front desk, they suggested I use the chairs in the room. It was rainy the whole time so this was not an optimal solution. I recommend if you offer a room with a balcony, that it be furnished appropriately (table and chairs). Thank you.

The location was nice but my room had a coachroach in it. Called to the front desk and they came and took care of it but didn't offer another room and wouldn't give me a discount because I had booked through expedia. Was terrified to sleep there so pulled out the flashlight and inspected the room and it was only clean on the surface. Found garbage under the bed, which was also quite uncomfortable. Staff were nice but hotel needs upgrade and fumigation.

Very pleasant and friendly hotel
My room was large, comfrotably-furnished and the cleaning was thorough. The sound-proofing seems very good. I was delighted to have a small balcony with a sea view. My towels were changed everyday, even though i had hung them up - which was an unnecessary, unecological luxury. The staff were all very polite and very helpful. For me the breakfast needed a little tweeking: the fruit juice was squash or made from strong concentrate; the ham looked poor quality, so i did not touch it. The hard boiled eggs were too cold, the scrambled eggs solid and the fried ones did not tempt me. Just changing those things would have transformed my experience of breakfast which was not at the standard of the rest of the hotel. But brekfast staff were also very helpful and polite.
