"Great location and the staff were very friendly. However there are a lot they can improve on since they are supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. First morning we were woken up by the builders in the next room at 8am! Hotel changed our room after breakfast which is great but in our new room our shower was blocked. Told reception but nothing was done, had to keep turning shower off to wait for the water to drain for 3 days! There were no slippers or bathrobes, toiletries were nice but very basic. "

"The staff was beyond incredible. The night concierge helped buy tickets for various activities. Very patient and friendly. The property is beautifully maintained and situated with gorgeous views. They saw three generations traveling and upgraded us to upper floor for gorgeous ocean views of Cascais to the right and Estoril to the left. Would definitely visit again. "

"A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay. "
