"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in April. We absolutely loved it. Room was amazing- lovely balcony, huge bathroom with gorgeous bath and every comfort you would need. Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and all meals we had at the bar and restaurant were lovely. We will definitely be back with out kids!"

This hotel has amazing palace facility but the thing that makes it really unique is the team that greets you with a smile and takes care of you way beyond regular. We stayed during the huge blackout, everything was chaotic around but the team took care of us - updating, resuming water supply with a generator and taking care of meals for all guests free of charge! "This hotel is fantabulous! The property itself is remarkable, it is right on the coast and the views are impeccable. The staff is fantastic, the service is great, the food is good and the breakfast buffet is delightful! Very close to town and the beach and centered to everything. The rooms are so chic but my only negative note is, the conditioner is the absolute worst! So bring your own! Trust me on this one. The train station is a block away and Ubers and taxis are readily available. The front desk staff is so beyond helpful with every detail, specially explaining how to get around town and what to visit. They can arrange everything for you but don’t use the hotels transportation services, you’ll be paying 3 times more than an Uber’s cost. Enjoy Caiscais! A magical place! "
