"We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe walking in the area. Check in was easy and we were greeted by staff upon arrival. It was a good home base for our 3 night stay. The location was about a 20-30 minute bus ride to the must see areas of the city. Would not consider this walkable. We did walk it one evening and it took around an hour to get to the Colosseum. The room was nicely appointed, however the private washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is located across the hallway which is shared...

"Our stay at Simon’s guest house was wonderful. It has an elevator so our luggage for our cruise was no issue. The Owner Simon and his wife helped us down with our suitcases and were so sweet and hospitable. We flew in the day before our cruise and wanted to see Rome before we boarded the ship. Our 91 year old Mom was with us so the elevator was awesome"

"Hotel once inside was clean and a good size, small elevator, some stairs before getting on elevator. Don’t consider this a hotel, no front desk, no lounge, you only communicate through emails or text. No dining room. There is a shared kitchen area. Host responds to messages quickly. Found the word hotel misleading, more a airbnb place if that is where you are looking to stay. "
