For example booking for 3 people and there are only two cups, no tea spoon or stick to stir your coffee/tea. "Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more...

"This was the first place we stayed on our trip and Renato was very helpful. He was a great host, providing helpful information and was very available and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Overall the room was small but adequate for our needs. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the most popular attractions and just a couple minutes from public transportation. "

"The staff was very kind and responsive to messages. The room was very cute and the area felt safe. We were within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride to popular tourist destinations. The bed was quite firm but other than that, it was a perfect stay"
