"this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao. "

"Elisabetta was incredibly communicative. She gave us numerous recommendations that we utilized during our stay. Dar Bruttone was our favorite neighborhood restaurant by far. I had a surprise proposal planned for my girlfriend during our stay here and this property was a wonderful way to celebrate that. Emilia the cleaner even gave us an umbrella as a gift when she saw we didn’t have one and it was pouring on the last day. We would absolutely come back. "

"Our stay was everything we hoped it would be, great location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. About a mile from the colloseum and more “tourist” areas. "Apartment was perfect fit for our family of 4. Spacious with 2 bathrooms which was much needed. Bedrooms had a balcony for enjoying a cool breeze in the afternoon. "Arrived to Rome airport to find that the host had cancelled our stay while we were on the flight, 3 hours prior to us checking in, leaving us stressed and with nowhere to stay. New accommodation had to be found at our expense as refund not processed for several days. The Host then ignored my reply. Very poor. Would not recommend "
