"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. "We had an overnight stay. We had a difficult time locating the place, but one phone call later the manager was outside flagging us down. The continental breakfast was very good. The cleanliness was impeccable. "

The shower had a dirty towel as well as black mold in it. There was a cup on the sink that also had gross things in it. "What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi.
