The area across the road is a little run down looking, but we never felt unsafe. The house was beautiful, with a nice little patio to sit on in the mornings. "My Kids love it very much especially in the waterpark. The Amphitheatre Events and Music in the evening is so much fun for my eldest son and everyone else.
