"Rooms where really clean and staff was very helpful and kind. I love the fact the hotel isn’t in the middle of town. Really easy access to free way and the Bluff/seal sanctuary. I was on the top floor like I request. Close to a shopping center for whatever you need!! I used the UPS store cause I overpacked and had to send my souvenirs home lol Pool was nice and warm even in February and the hot tub was nice. I felt safe and everything went as planned!! "

"Place was as described. Plenty of room for my family and close to our daughter at Westmont. Space and amenities were convenient. Property next to freeway and busy road. But sound machine in the bedrooms drown out the noise. Didn’t bother us. "

"Just a wonderful experience. This place is located directly next to the Carpinteria Salt Marsh and one block to the beach. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms; great kitchen, too. Excellent host. Love this place. "

"We loved staying in this Beach House! It was so comfy and warm! There was so much room to relax and enjoy our visit. The kitchen was very well supplied, and the back yard was perfect for play time. It was clean as a whistle, and the communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Highly recommended!"
