The only thing I would say that for this hotel to be a 5 star would be in the small details like having wash rags available, maybe some robes, something other than a wash cap for free toiletries (although the staff makes up for it with their amazing service specially...

"I booked dozens of a hotels around the world on Expedia each year. I very rarely feel compelled to leave reviews and only do so when my stay was extra comfortable. This is one of those stays. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, can conveniently located, and has excellent amenities (sauna, restaurant, etc) that are accessible during most hours. The staff were present 24/7 and extremely friendly and efficient. Staying here was just such a seamless process and as comfortable as being at home....
