"We stayed for a full week in mid-March. Great property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Heated bathroom floors. Our room had a nice bathtub/shower combo. We used their laundry service a couple of times. We had large, opening windows that overlooked their courtyard. "The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"
