"This hotel is historic and has cool details, and is located very close to the old town square. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was ample, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a bonus for me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you forget to reserve parking at the hotel in advance, there's a Regina Maria parking garage 10 mins walk away. My only negative was that the bed wasn't the most plush...it was just a thin mattress. But I was exhausted and slept fine regardless. "

"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. "The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you were good. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to the main area and restaurants. The only thing I don't recommend is their pizza they serve at the bar. They have pizza 24/7, and we order it for dinner because we’re too tired to go out and it was served ice cold. It seemed like it was a frozen pizza and they put it in the microwave for not long enough. So it didn’t taste good at all....

"The apartment is beautiful. Just like in the pictures. It's close to the old town, so lot of shops are available with a short walk. Parking can be difficult during the day, but we found it was like that anywhere close to the old town. After 8 pm more paking spots become available close to the flat. I would recommend this flat and would come back."
