"Our stay was part business trip, part tourism. Our flights were not at great times, so this hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. They provide a taxi / shuttle for around £2 per person from outside arrivals - phone hotel to arrange it (pay at reception). Breakfast is included, available from 6am and is excellent! Hot and cold buffet, waffle maker, etc. Some cold items are put out at 3am for those getting early flights, and take-out coffee...

"This is definitely my go to place when I visit Zakopane. You won’t get a better morning breakfast spread than this place. The facilities are gorgeous and walking distance to the Main Street and other area attractions. A perfect respite."

"A good option if you prefer the big hotel experience. Some of the facilities didn't always seem open, such as the restaurant, and there wasn't a proper bar as you would normally find in a hotel of this size, but overall a convenient option, clean, with good service and well placed for all the main attractions."

"Nice and helpful staff. Very clean, large room and bathroom with a spa bathtub. Also liked the furniture in the room. Altogether highly recommended."

"Nice place to stay for a few nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was modern, clean and design well thought out. Plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom had beautiful shower and good counter space. Very quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is good, we loved the location and the building, they provided a very good breakfast. The pool was around 27 degres and the hot tub at body tempera. We did not like the carpet in the room, it was old, dirty, stained, too bad this was a turn off as you enter the room. Otherwise everything was good. "
