"I had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept great every night. "Our stay ended up being okay. We booked this hotel to have access to the pool and upon checkin we found out the pool was closed... I heard from others that the pool may have been closed in the winter especially since 2020... I cannot confirm, however if others are saying the pool is always closed, it should not be advertised as the pool being open. "
